* Handles duplicates (ignore, re-index, add).
* Proper CLI interface using GNU getopt
* No longer works on subsites within a single hierarchy, but indexes
a given directory under a base URL.
* In addition to MIME type (M), subsite base url (S) and complete url
(U) are stored as special terms. U is mainly used for identifying
duplicates.
