HEAD: BUGZID:6651: fixed some serious valgrind errors. One in WvAuth
(forgot to initialize oemmgr to NULL), one in wvwebstatus (there's no
weaver.fwd anymore, because fastforward is all in-kernel), and one in
wvmodem (don't send ioctls to devices that you couldn't open). There
remains (I think) a memory leak, potential ssl-related bugs, and a
WvDiskPlug/WvDisk destructor problem.
