Fix wvports/subdir.mk copies to "lib" directory.
Use hardlinks when possible (cp -l) and force lib to be a directory, not just
a destination filename, by using "lib/" instead of "lib" as the target. This
avoids confusion where lib gets created as a file if it was removed; instead,
make dies with a sensible error.
