* ./Makefile.modules: modules now depend on Makefile.opts.
* ./configure.in: added (hopefully) explicit messages on how to get
libdvdcss and link vlc with it.
* ./plugins/dvdread/input_dvdread.c: removed inclusion of dvd_udf.h.
