* Got Makefile to launch ./configure almost properly. $(MAKECMDGOALS) rules !
* Various debian scripts fixes.
* Added -lmsvcrt40 to the win32 flags for proper execution under Wine.
* Fixed broken soname setting under Solaris (and OS X, sort of).
* Made the illegal instruction report more explicit.
