Merge branch 'master' of ssh://repo.or.cz/srv/git/versaplex into dbus-rewrite

* 'master' of ssh://repo.or.cz/srv/git/versaplex:
  Remove empty entries from the list of global syms, and sort the global syms.
  Allow specifying multiple global syms in one command-line option.
  Do case-insensitive comparisons when looking at global symbols.
  Misc fixes to match the original pascalgen.pl.
  Take a command-line param for symbols to move from parameters to members.
  Include the builder class setter methods.
  Read the Pascal class name from the command line and use it in the code.
  Begin to implement pascalgen in sm.exe.
  Add a class to parse the arguments of a stored procedure.
  Remove a mostly useless function that was only called in one spot.
