Add a newest-git-modules script to recursively update all submodules.

This is experimental.  The idea is that you should be able to "safely"
merge the latest wvstreams into wv/wvstreams, for example, just by doing
this.  Then if you like it, you can commit and push-git-modules.
newest-git-modules [new file with mode: 0755]
wv
