Eliminated vxdbus.cs.
The VxDbusInterfaceRouter stuff was much too complicated. Just do a series
of string compares against the method name.
This could still stand some cleaning up (eg. removing unnecessary 'out'
parameters) but I think it's about clean enough for now.
