vxodbc: pretend to be SQLSRV32.DLL.
When asked about SQL_DRIVER_NAME and SQL_DRIVER_VERSION, answer as if we're
MSSQL. This makes StarQuery MapDesigner detect Currency fields correctly.
GAAH! Scumsuckers.
But worst of all, StarQuery for Excel still doesn't put in dollar signs.
