* Update version to 1.1
* Added missing options to manual page and misc updates
* Fixed configuration files handling and fallback to default ones
* Made some error messages more informative
* Moved configuration file search before VDE connection and VDE connection
before daemonization
* Fixed configure.ac for liblwipv6 dependency
