vdagentd: rename client functions to agent functions
The current use of client as identifier for the in X session vdagent
process, although technically correct is confusing. Change nomenclature
to vdagentd and vdagent for the 2 vdagent parts, and reserve use of
the client nomenclature for the spice-client.
