Merged /tags/beta13@28 /branches/release/beta14@36.
Reincarnated 'CVSAnnotateParent' option for CVS as
'VCSCommandCVSAnnotateParent'.
Close all vcscommand result buffers when vim exits to prevent them from being
written to the viminfo file.
