s/--components/--composites/, s/hint-with-components/hint-composites/.
Update documentation and GUI accordingly.
An unfortunate side effect is that ttfautohint's option `-c' now does
exactly the opposite as in previous releases (and it no longer takes an
argument as introduced a few commits earlier).
