tg--awksome.sh: make run_awk_topmsg_header see the truth
When not using --stdin, perform the correct prepare, setup
and inspection so the resulting explanation messages about
why there's no subject there are accurate.
With this change and the recent tg-info.sh switch to use
run_awk_topmsg_header, tg info will now properly annotate
annihilated branches and all other manner of substandard
.topmsg files.
