README: mention effect of tg tag --drop ...@{0}

Since both --updateref and --rewrite are used when dropping a
reflog entry, the ref itself will likely be updated when the
@{0} entry gets dropped (depending on the current Git version's
idiosyncracies about that).

Allude to this in the help for tg tag --drop.

Also swat another typo at the same time.
