Revert "check for null in dentry_open" commit
This partially reverts commit 35036348a823d6c94771628a62656853c635091c
(kernel.org commit 322ee5b36eac42e762526b0df7fa432beba6e7a0)
since it's incomplete and causes problems in nfs, exportfs, hppfs, reiserfs code.
