Fix handling of DHCP IP ranges for big LAN subnets
* related to commit cbe8b05204bb04f4203685e66923e4772cbbf48d
* improved handling of DHCP IP ranges on larger LAN subnets (i.e. don't assume we'll always have a /24 LAN subnet)
