Busybox: fallback to default if specified log file cannot be written to.
Busybox enhancement to write to the default file (/var/log/messages)
whenever the specified file cannot be written to. Takes care of the case
where the outfile is to a USB drive that got unplugged, or a /cifs file
when the remote machine is off.
