Tails firewall was written in very unsophisticated iptables-save/restore
format. As more feature creeped in, it started to be quite unreadable. So we now
use ferm (see <http://ferm.foo-projects.org/> for details) to specify Tails
firewall.

Latest initramfs-tools requires up-to-date console-setup
Be specific in which linux-image packages has to be installed
linux-latest (which among others build `linux-image-2.6-486`) is sometimes not
up-to-date wrt. the kernel packages that are currently in unstable. In order
to avoid troubles, let's install a specific version instead of the default one.
This does not really grow the maintaince burden as apt_preferences already
needed to be updated to have the latest linux package names.

Install the specific linux-headers package in virtualbox hook
We used to install the default linux-headers package to build
VirtualBox modules. This leads to problem when linux-latest does
depend on the same version as the installed linux-image.
In order to avoid any problems, lets be more specific and install
the linux-headers package that matches the installed linux-image.
