Explicitly torify WhisperBack using torsocks.

The new locked-down firewall currently blocks automapped hidden
service addresses.

This is a temporary bug, but later we may want to
[[todo/disable_AutomapHostsOnResolve]],
so let's prepare for that anyway, and stop relying on any kind of
"transparent" torification.
