Explicitly exclude the iucode-tool package.

The main use of iucode-tool in Debian is to only include in the initramfs the
CPU firmware for the currently running CPU. We want firmware for all CPUs, not
only the one we build on.

Install Intel and AMD microcode + related tools from squeeze-backports.

Update PO files.

Set lax read permissions on the generated iceweasel profile.

Else, when running with a strict umask, the generated iceweasel profile can only
be read as root.
