More VCS-Compat.
* svn-wrapper.sh: Use the same convention as vcs (,files and +files).
Save mails in +committed/REV/mail. Fix -w in diffs. Properly detect
when GnuPG is available. Trap the user when committing to avoid
having him CTRL+C and prevent the mail from being sent.
