Revert "http: Fix crash when talking to flaky OCS server."
This reverts commit af872c542c62926c39be6f50391dddc5d360eac9.
This doesn't look like a correct solution to the described problem. It
removes global HTTP timeout when ONE connection errors out. This has
nothing to do with the SIP connection to the OCS server.
