i18n: Abiut page - reverted to one translator per translation
first, native languages can't always be displayed
due to lack of full utf fonts. I can't see Chinese letter in
Pidgin - i see unpleasant squares (though do see them fine in Firefox.)
Secondly, this change makes translator to show itself
in their translation (and only). And thus removing from us
neccessity to update translators list every single time new translation
added or new translator updaded translation.
