presence: removed artificial statuses
as unfortunately as not-user-settable they can't
transfer Note.
Thus if activated as a current state (seen in status box - UI)
and user put some text in, it won't be passed to
plugin unless user later choose different user-settable status.
Unfortunately it all just misleads - user types/sees
a new note in the box, but it won't propagate.

A workaround could be to make all artificial statuses
user-settable, but that'd bring such a mess to status box -
about 12 different statuses to choose from. Plus Pidgin's
'popular' statuses there...

Unfortunately no more cool 'In a meeting' statuses in our
status box now. Such a compromise...
