Shared helpers for %OBSOLETE-INSTANCE-TRAP, %CHANGE-CLASS
The new helper functions %ENSURE-SLOT-VALUE-TYPE and
%SET-SLOT-VALUE-CHECKING-TYPE are used by %OBSOLETE-INSTANCE-TRAP and
%CHANGE-CLASS.
