of the GNU troff distribution, the content of which is copied and
pasted without further modifications.
It adds a modified ISC license first for S-roff specific changes on top
of GNU troff.

The S-roff program is a free software project, forked from GNU troff.
Additions and changes of S-roff on top of groff by itself are covered
under the terms of the ISC license.  S-roff as a whole derives from the
GPL2 licensed GNU troff and thus inherits the GPL2 license.
