Deduce colours via *termcap* instead!; support all/*..
Drop *colour-terms*. Thus.
This cleaner array-based and "colour-type" indexed implementation
allows easy iteration over all possible types, therefore extend
the (implicit) "`colour' show" command as well as the `uncolour'
command with an "all" a.k.a. "*" wildcard mode.
