Drop `features', change `version', adjust make system..
Integrate the feature listing into `version', and use the same
+ and - overview style that vim(1) uses.
To avoid that expansions of *features* now expand a possibly
leading + by *folder*, it unfortunately has to start with a dummy
character.
While here: simplify option handling in mk-conf.sh. A lot.
