Rename s-nail.1 (back to) nail.1, and adjust Makefile..

What has been said in (Drop SNAIL_ nonsense, use plain NAIL_..,
2012-09-28) is also true for the manual.
If the program name can be choosen freely, i.e., based upon
*nail*, then that should be true for the manual, too.

And for the Makefile this rather implies that the *MAILRC*
variable must follow the binary name.
