cc-test.sh: ensure tests of all config combinations..
Unfortunately we do not have any dependency graphs yet,
so that way too many combinations are tested.
On the other hand that is better than not testing some
combinations at all, as can be seen by the bugfix in
(Message attachments: bugfix.., 2013-09-18)
