Drop `account' restore log again, use unrolling..
Instead of carefully checking wether something has changed in the
meanwhile, so as to not overwrite further user updates, use a hard
unroll approach instead.
This will be furtherly tweaked to be controllable via the not yet
existent `localopts' command, which will take a boolean argument.
