Outsource signal stuff to new signal.c..
Ok all this should have happened three years ago (but i really
really really was a complete virgin regarding realization of _how_
f...ed up the codebase was) and it is anyway intermediate in that
a codebase of mine would never use any jumps at all ...
Until we get there (what i hope) use a simple generic jump
facility for some facilities to face some of the illity.
