FIX *imap-delim* behaviour fix, use it in `imapcodec' (Ralph Keller)..
I broke this in [1b9897a9] ((BWDIC!) Fix *imap-delim* behaviour..,
2017-07-01), and therefore the entire v14.9.* series is broken.
What a mess.
While here, make `imapcodec' honour *imap-delim*. Even though..,
but well.., we would need an optional argument, but for this we
would need --options and an option delimiter --, me thinks.
Sigh.
