All: OPT_ not WANT_, VAL_XY not XY..
It was planned for v15, but now that i already have changed some
values to have explicit VAL_ prefix (e.g., ((BWDIC!) make.rc: add
defaults _here_ (as VAL_xy, e.g., VAL_SENDMAIL!)), recently in
((BWDIC!) Obsolete *sendmail*++ in favour of *mta*++; obsolete
*smtp*..)) we have introduced backward incompatibilities that will
require packagers and users to reiterate what to do.
For packagers i will provide diffs.
Change this now, so that it hurts once only for one, but also to
have a straight and unique way of doing things.
