Add -: command line option (Robert Elz)..
Adapted from a thread on "Proposal for several minor changes to
sh" on some NetBSD list i think being able to somehow use the
command line to achieve the goal of
$ MAILRC=/dev/null s-mailx -n
is really a good thing to have, so invent this new command line
option with semantics quite similar to *mimetypes-load-control*.
Adjust all the examples accordingly! Nice to have...
