Merge branch 'topic/credstep'

.netrc: lowercase-normalize machine names
Simplify ccred_lookup()..
Check ALL *passwordXY* first, then the rest
Extend *netrc-lookup*: add -USER@HOST and -HOST versions
Check *user-HOST*, _then *user*_, then the rest, then fallback!
Add xok_[BV]LOOK() to directly address an okey
Add okeys: *password* and *pop3-auth* (yet dummy)
xok_*() lookup now needed with SOCKETS, not SMTP
