Rewrite `Lreply'++ series, support *!* for them and `mail'..
Rewrite the entire reply series accordingly.
Redefine them, join honoured Reply-To: and Mail-Followup-To:
lists, but keep ones in Cc: when they originally where even then
(unless the resulting To: would be empty) if *recipients-in-cc* is
set. If any of R-T: or M-F-T: has been honoured, use their
addressees exclusively!
Add a t_behave_lreply_futh_rth_etc() test.
