send.c:sendpart(): extend *mime-alternative-favour-rich* support (SZÉPE Viktor)..
Though not documented, it yet only worked for PTF based MIME type
hooks, therefore only for our simple HTML filter. There were
TODO commands, but there were on the [mimepipe.3] topic branch
that is two years old and still not done.
Prodded by Viktor i have implemented CMD based support for
the old and the [mimepipe.3] code.
