FIX maildir "yet-exists" hashmap!..
Ooops. That is pretty bad anyway, it should be a dictionary
object which possibly even uses subtrees, for now space the
hashmap so that we do not have a fill level >= 50%.
This avoids false reports of new mail with *newmail* set.
