Add support to define options for 'git am'
Currenlty in Edit->Settings->Patch it is possible
to define some extra option to pass to 'git format-patch'
when crating a patch series.
Add support to define extra options also for 'git am' when
applying a patch.
One useful option could be '--whitespace=fix' as example.
