hw/ppc/sam460ex: Remove PPC405 dependency from sam460ex
Now that shared PPC4xx devices are separated from PPC405 ones we can
drop this depencency.

Now that shared PPC4xx devices are separated from PPC405 ones we can
drop this depencency.
