i386/kvm: document existing Hyper-V enlightenments
Currently, there is no doc describing hv-* CPU flags, people are
encouraged to get the information from Microsoft Hyper-V Top Level
Functional specification (TLFS). There is, however, a bit of QEMU
specifics.
