Retain source resolution on HD TiVo's
removes aspect and resolution setting from ffmpeg cmd
if height specified in conf is >= to source height.
Sources with height greater than conf height will still be
resized. This will speed up transcoding for users that prefer
faster transcoding over retaining resolution of source.
