bluetooth: add update-sbc and friends
Grr.. You can't do:
SBC_FILES = a b c
libsbc_SOURCES = $(addprefix modules/bluetooth/,$(SBC_FILES))
With automake...
So I $(strip 'modules/bluetooth/') instead.
