zabbix-agent: support zabbix 3.0.x and 3.2.x
Add support for newer versions of zabbix, retaining compatibility with older
versions via dlsym checks. Original patch from Marko Myllynen, updated with
the extra dlsym checks by Nathan Scott.
QA/1067 exercises this.
