Ticket #1904: Bump epoch because of braindead versioning scheme used.
* Bump epoch, because otherwise users wouldn't be able to upgrade
properly from older RPMs. The versioning scheme has to be revisited.
* Add changelog entry.
* Small corrections to the changelog.
