Board: Revamp liberties tracking
Instead of pseudoliberties, we now track real liberties, up to
certain number (inspired by GNUGo). This means a 10% performance
hit but we can now aim at much heavier playouts. If you want raw
light playout speed, go for libEGO. ;-)
