Fix issue with settings for part-combined voices
For part-combined voices, we need to prepend the *Settings, *Key, *Clef,
*TimeSignature to all children (and transpose them appropriately)
before calling part-combine-music on them. Otherwise, treble clef, C
major and 4/4 would be used.
