Vocal Score, rc1
This commits implements a TOC, completes the
Entracte, removes useless Dynamics in the
piano accompaniment, and fixes quite a number
of bugs.
I'm sending this score right away to the
opera house, in case some singers would like
to have a better-looking score to work with.
